*Savings Membership Plan*

We are excited to announce a program designed just for our loyal patients – like you!

We firmly believe that EVERY patient needs access to affordable oral healthcare.  To help our patients meet their needs, we have developed our own Savings Membership Plan.  

This plan is designed for patients who:

  • do not have a dental benefits plan from their employer  
  • choose not to elect the employer benefits
  • do not have a dental plan through healthcare.gov 

This plan is NOT dental insurance.  It is an alternative to dental insurance that will save you at least $282-$387 EACH year when compared to non-savings plan members.

Benefits of the Savings Membership plan include: 

  • No deductibles
  • No yearly maximum
  • No waiting periods
  • No missing tooth clauses
  • No age limits
  • No pre-authorizations
  • No claims to file
  • Can use HSA/FSA funds to purchase

The Savings Membership Plan is a one-year contract and include: 

$556 for Adults

$492 for Children 

(starting at age 3)

$915 for Periodontal Patients
  • 2 cleanings a year
  • 2 exams a year
  • 4 bitewing x-rays
  • 2 fluoride treatments
  • 20% savings
  • 2 cleanings a year
  • 2 exams a year
  • 4 bitewing x-rays
  • 2 fluoride treatments
  • 20% savings
  • 3 perio maintenance visits a year
  • 2 exams a year
  • 4 bitewing x-rays
  • 3 fluoride treatments
  • 20% savings

Also included in the Savings Membership Plan:

  • One Limited Emergency Exam and One X-ray per plan year
  • 20% discount on additional hygiene treatment and most restorative procedures
  • 10% discount on dental implants, teeth whitening, and Invisalign
  • Non-service related items such as whitening supplies and in-office purchases (toothpaste, electric toothbrushes) are not eligible for additional discounts under this agreement. 

We offer two payment options:

  1. One-time Yearly Membership Paid in Full at time of registration
  2. 50% initial payment and remaining balance split into 3 payments

Provisions and limitations of Blatt & Kingston’s Family Dental’s Savings Membership Plan:

  • Plan cannot be combined with any dental or medical insurance plans, discounts, or promotions.
  • The Savings Membership Plan is for you and is not transferable.
  • Benefits are for one year from the date the plan is purchased; if benefits have not been used you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Plan is honored only in this office. Therefore, if you are referred to a specialist, they will NOT honor this discount. 
  • Rates are subject to change annually with notice.
